Creekside Cabin at The Pines is a beautiful and unique converted wood shop/lumber barn that's cozy, spacious & private. Nestled at the edge of the woods on our five acres, it's just minutes to all Chattanooga has to offer! Upstairs is a spacious queen bedroom and full bath. Downstairs is a living area with comfy furniture, WiFi TV with provided Netflix, and a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Relax on the covered wrap-around deck and enjoy the wildlife, and soothing sounds of the creek.

$135 (Friday & Saturday) / $105 (Sunday-Thursday)*

  • Over the past 23 years, we have developed our property into the peaceful, woodsy, hand-made, park-like resort we always wanted. We absolutely love sharing it with others, and seeing the joy it brings them!

    Creekside Cabin was originally built as a rustic wood shop, with a lumber drying loft. Converting it to a living space was an awesome project, and labor of love. We were able to keep and repurpose so many of the original materials, like rough cut timbers and board and batten poplar siding, all milled from our property, industrial heart-pine flooring, and doors and tables made from salvaged beetle-kill southern yellow pines. And then there's the end table made from a 200 year old cedar stump! We combined all of these rustic elements with modern touches and conveniences to create a living space with a clean, refined-rustic, modern desirable aesthetic.

  • When the weather is right, you'll love spending time relaxing on the front porch. You're likely to hear or see plenty of wildlife...woodpeckers, owls, hawks, rabbits, fox, deer, turkeys...even an occasional bald eagle!

    There's a gas grill beside the cottage, ready for you to make perfect burgers, steaks or grilled veggies!

    As guests of Creekside Cabin, you also have full access to our large fire pit and timber-frame pavilion. We even provide firewood for you. The pavilion has a full kitchen with a gas range, a large charcoal grill, and even a wood-fired oven. There's a 10' bar facing the kitchen, and a furniture grouping to seat eight. There's also a huge farm table (seats 12). The fire pit and pavilion spaces are shared spaces, and are also available for use by the owners and other visitors.

  • The Pines is located less than 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Chattanooga via the scenic US-27 highway. Downtown is filled with restaurants, entertainment, and views of the mountains and the Tennessee River.

    Your stay will also be conveniently close to several incredible nature escapes with something for all types of adventures, including hiking, mountain biking, nature swimming, climbing, and more. One of Hamilton County’s newest trail systems, Walden Ridge Park, is less than 10 minutes away, as is the North Chickamauga Creek Gorge State Park.

    Our property is also only minutes from the heart of Red Bank, a town that runs along Dayton Boulevard. Be sure to check out Pizzeria Cortile, our favorite neighborhood restaurant, during your stay.
